Ośrodek rozwoju osobistego i duchowego "TU i TERAZ" w Nowym Kawkowie

Ośrodek Tu i Teraz is a centre for personal and spiritual development located in Nowym Kawkowie, amid Warmian-Masurian forests and lakes, about 25 kilometers from Olsztyn. It is situated away from buildings, on a spacious clearing surrounded by hills and forests. The entire private property covers approximately 40 hectares of meadows and woodland, conducive to walks, bike trips, relaxation, and contact with nature.

The centre was created as a place supporting the discovery of one’s own path, inner development, and creative encounters with other people. Workshops, lectures, and festivals are held here dedicated, among other things, to meditation, mindfulness, yoga, bodywork, therapy, relationships, tantra, conscious sexuality, shamanism, and broadly understood personal and spiritual development.

Calm surroundings, silence, privacy, and proximity to wild nature create conditions suitable both for intensive workshop work and for regeneration. Tu i Teraz combines a homely atmosphere with space intended for rest, deepening awareness, and contact with one’s body, emotions, and needs.
