Terms of service

Unmeshia Terms of Service — effective 22 July 2026.

1. General

The Unmeshia portal (the "Portal") is operated by Nikicomp Katarzyna Marcjańska, ul. Wiejska 45, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki, VAT ID (NIP): 5792059039, REGON: 365631663 (the "Operator"). Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern the use of the Portal — an information service and aggregator covering events, people and places related to personal and spiritual development.

2. Services

Browsing the Portal is free and requires no registration. The Portal separately presents editorial material, information aggregated from public sources, and content supplied by users, organizers and profile managers. The Operator may provide paid promotion services (featured placements, sponsored articles) under separate arrangements.

3. Nature of the information

Information about third-party events (dates, prices, programmes) comes from their organizers or public sources and is indicative only — the organizers' own websites are authoritative. The Operator does not organize the listed events, does not sell tickets and is not liable for their course, cancellation or changes. Portal content is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. Publication of a profile, event or badge is not a recommendation or guarantee of qualifications, honesty, safety, service quality or outcomes.

4. Sponsored content

Commercially co-created materials are always labelled ("Sponsored article", "Featured").

5. Intellectual property

Editorial content is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or its licensors. Quoting with attribution is permitted; commercial use requires consent. Trademarks and event names belong to their owners and are used for information purposes only.

6. Profiles

Profiles are published based on publicly available information or material provided by the person concerned. Anyone described in a profile may request correction or removal at [email protected]. A user supplying content confirms that they are entitled to provide it, that it is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that they will not impersonate another person, mislead others, or infringe the law or third-party rights.

7. Liability

The Operator strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all content is fully up to date and is not responsible for external websites linked from the Portal. Moderation is selective and risk-based: the Operator responds to specific reports but does not continuously or completely control every statement supplied by users. A “Verified by the portal” badge confirms only the stated limited check of a contact channel, account relationship to a profile, or supporting public sources. It is not full identity verification or certification of qualifications or trustworthiness. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Portal for technical reasons.

8. Complaints

Each public profile, event, place, article, publication, announcement and update provides an electronic mechanism for reporting suspected fraud, impersonation, illegal content or false information. Reports are assessed individually and do not automatically remove content; the Operator may limit, correct or remove content and request clarification from the parties. Other complaints may be submitted to [email protected]; the Operator responds within 14 days.

10. Final provisions

The Operator may amend these terms for valid reasons; amendments apply from publication on this page. Polish law governs. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
