Energy Academy – a one-year programme of work with life energy, 2nd edition 2026/2027 – Module I

The first module of the second edition of the ENERGY ACADEMY – Paab Amani's own one-year programme combining deep personal transformation with learning the tools to lead Life Energy (Kundalini) Activation sessions. It is based on work with life energy, transpersonal hypnotherapy and elements of Indigenous shamanic tradition, integrates work with body, mind and emotions, and takes into account the nervous system and the body's mechanisms – so that change is not only experienced but also understood and consciously guided in yourself and others. Grounding and safety of the process are emphasised.

The Academy comprises over 250 hours of theory, practice and personal work: 4 residential five-day modules (Wednesday–Sunday), an additional three-day practical module, 6 online meetings (before the programme, between modules and for integration), training materials, the ENERGY ACTIVATED certificate, a listing on the website under “Facilitators” and the option of a supervision programme. You can choose the personal transformation path (4 residential modules and 5 online meetings, programme completion certificate) or the facilitator path (plus module 5 and an online meeting, certificate as a Life Energy Activation facilitator). This is a programme, not separate workshops – attending the whole is mandatory.

Who it is for

• therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, healers, energy therapists, massage therapists, bioenergy therapists, Kundalini Activation facilitators and others working with body and mind who want an additional tool for working with clients;

• people from other professions who want to start on a therapeutic path and work with energy;

• people who want to use the process solely for their own growth – working with others is not required;

• those who want to genuinely change their private and professional lives, have more energy and agency, heal the past and support others.

• It is not for people looking for quick certification without inner work, “magic” that does everything for them, or an easy way to earn money.

Programme

The five modules correspond to work with successive chakras – both for personal growth and for learning the elements of an Activation session. This listing is for Module I:

• Module I “Roots and Flow” (Root and Sacral Chakras), 9–13 December 2026:safety, survival, finances, trust, body, emotions, creativity, sexuality, pleasure and flow; work with Earth and Water energy. Building personal and energetic foundations: grounding, rebuilding the relationship with the body, healing existential fears, working with ancestral energy (elements of lineage work). Learning the basics of energy-work safety (building and holding a safe field), techniques for recognising and transforming fears and tension in the body, and leading parts of a session: creating a safe space and grounding the group.

• Module II “Power and Love” (Solar Plexus and Heart), March 2027:agency, boundaries, will, identity, love, compassion, forgiveness; working with relationship patterns and difficult emotions; consciously managing energy during sessions.

• Module III “Truth and Vision” (Throat and Third Eye), June 2027:communication, authenticity, expression, intuition, vision, healing through words; voice and intention as tools of energy work.

• Module IV “Connection and Crown” (Crown Chakra), September 2027:integrating all stages, connection with the Source; non-touch energy gestures (in-person and online), closing rituals, working in the information field.

• Module V “Leading” (practical, additional), November/December 2027:leading individual and group sessions with real participants, in a different setting, usually in a big city.

Facilitators

Paab Amani – a holistic therapist connecting body, mind and spirit; a Kundalini Activation facilitator and teacher, trained in Pi Villaraza's Innerdance (Spain, UK), the Kundalini Serpent School (Ibiza) and Gareth Duignam's True Spiritual Awakening, among others. He holds second-degree Usui Reiki, is a certified master of transpersonal hypnotherapy (Polish Institute of Hypnosis and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy) and a graduate of studies in psychotraumatology and positive psychology. On the shamanic path for years – he has learned from Arvick Baghramian, Bhola Banstola and Valery Topoev, among others; he completed a two-year Shamanic School and studied at the Kabbalah Centre in London. He is the programme's organiser.

Practical information

• Dates:Module I: 9–13 December 2026 (Wednesday–Sunday); starts 9 December at 9:00 with breakfast, ends 13 December at 14:00 with lunch.

• Venue:“Tu i Teraz” Centre for Personal and Spiritual Development, Nowe Kawkowo 52 A, Jonkowo municipality (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship).

• Not included:accommodation and meals (depending on room standard; centre package).

• Sign-up:register by e-mail (full name, phone, date and title of the event; implies newsletter consent) and fill in the application form sent by the organiser. Your place is confirmed by paying the Module I deposit (500 zł) and the Module IV deposit (500 zł) to the facilitator's account given after registration. After confirmation and choosing accommodation – within 7 days, a 160 zł accommodation deposit to the centre's account (reference: “imię i nazwisko, 9-13.XII.2026”); without it the booking is cancelled. The rest of the accommodation cost is paid in cash on site.

• Cancellation:the accommodation deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the start (20 zł deducted) and cannot be transferred to another workshop. If you leave during the workshop, the workshop fee is not refunded.
