Open Floor Conscious Movement Workshop. Libido Fundamentals – A Journey Towards Authentic Being

An intensive weekend of conscious dance in Warsaw with Monika Körschner from the Netherlands. Libido is understood here far more broadly than sexuality – as life force, a source of creativity, vitality and presence. Through Open Floor dance, embodiment practices, reflection and group dialogue, participants explore how their approach to sexuality and intimacy has been shaped by personal history, culture and social conditioning, and how greater awareness can open the way to freedom and authentic expression.

Facilitators

Monika Körschner – certified 5Rhythms, Open Floor and Libido teacher, trained in the Wheel of Consent; for over 20 years she has taught conscious dance in the Netherlands and internationally, specialising in embodied sexuality.
