Biały Szaman

I am a computer scientist and a co-creator of the site Unmeshia . Professionally I work in technology, and privately I develop spiritually, exploring various paths of self-work. I am particularly drawn to meditation, tantra, shamanism and practices that support mindfulness, self-awareness and a deeper contact with one's own experience. I am currently also developing in the direction of coaching and mentoring. In this work I want to focus primarily on supporting people with ADHD and people on the autism spectrum. I care about creating a space based on respect for neurodiversity, individual needs and different ways of functioning. I want to combine coaching and mentoring approaches with experience gained from spiritual development, meditation, bodywork, shamanism and other practices that support inner growth. My aim is to help people better understand themselves, discover their own resources, build a life aligned with their values and find ways of acting suited to their natural predispositions.
