The Kundalini Yoga Festival takes place every year during the long weekend - Corpus Christi. It is 5 days of intensive workshops, concerts, and other activities connecting us in joy and peace. It is a celebration of the Kundalini Yoga community (sangat). A time to exchange experiences, spend time together, practice Kundalini yoga, sing mantras, and celebrate free time through shared meals and sewa.
**Festival highlights:**
- **Kundalini Yoga:** Experience Kundalini yoga in intimate groups with wonderful teachers.
- **Dawn Practice:** The only Festival where at 5:00 AM we practice the morning Sadhana together in a group of over 100 people.
- **Live Music:** Every day you immerse yourself in the sounds of ethnic music, mantras, and shabads.
- **Family Vibe:** You can come with your whole family, everyone will find something for themselves (we provide a series of workshops for children).
- **Connection with Nature:** We celebrate the festival in the forest, by the river, in a quiet zone with fresh air.
- **Yogic Diet:** We celebrate shared Ayurvedic, vegetarian meals.
