This meeting is an extraordinary opportunity to deepen your practice under the direct guidance of Rinpoche and receive a transmission to teach the Keksel practice - a deep method of working with channels, winds and tigles.

Keksel practice is a general Tibetan term for practices related to subtle energy channels (tsa), winds (lung), and energy drops (tigle). By working with these three aspects, the practitioner can directly experience enlightened body, speech and mind.

At the same time, Keksel also has numerous health benefits, as it harmonizes the flow of energy in the body and balances its elements.

According to Tibetan medical tradition, the body and consciousness are composed of five elements: earth, water, fire, wind and space. They manifest in our body through the interconnections between the body, blood, heat, breath and consciousness. The five elements are associated with the five organs - the liver, kidneys, spleen, lungs and heart - which in turn are associated with the five negative emotions: attachment, jealousy, ignorance, pride and anger.

The Keksel practice enables you to transform these emotions into five wisdoms:

It is the transformation of the "five poisons" into the "five wisdoms" that is the essence of the spiritual path.

Keksel offers effective methods leading to this transformation, and at the same time - thanks to the harmonization of elements in the body - it supports the physical and emotional health of the practitioner.

Lineage and scope of teachings:

Both tsa lung and trรผlkhor practices from tantra and dzogchen fall into the Keksel category. During this course, Chaphur Rinpoche will introduce participants to the movements, visualizations and mantra recitations from both paths, combining them into a coherent, practical whole.

As Rinpoche explains:

โ€œIn ancient times, Bon practitioners who emphasized the practice of Keksel lived long, healthy lives and achieved lasting peace by realizing the nature of mind.

Nowadays, especially in the West, life is fast-paced and intellectual, which creates a separation between body and mind, leading to emotional and physical disorders and difficulties in relationships.

I believe that Keksel's teachings can effectively respond to these challenges. My desire is to extract the essence of these teachings and combine them into a system best suited to the modern mind.โ€

Purpose of the teacher training course:

The Keksel teacher course is intended for people who want to deepen their understanding and practice of working with the energies of the body and mind, as well as prepare to pass on this knowledge to others.

This is the second of three parts of the full Keksel teacher training course.

Attendance in all three parts is required to complete the full training and be authorized to teach the Keksel practice according to the instructions of Chaphur Rinpoche.

You didn't attend the first part of the Keksel Teacher Training Course? You can still join the course!

People who would like to receive a course completion certificate in the future can complete the first part of the training.

Chaphur Rinpoche

He is the founder and spiritual leader of the Gyalshen Institute, which he established in El Cerrito (near Berkeley), California. The mission of the Institute is to preserve and disseminate the culture and traditions of Tibet, as well as their older source - the ancient kingdom of Zhang Zhung. Chaphur Rinpoche is involved in numerous projects and travels extensively, teaching, explaining and disseminating the spiritual practices of the Bรถn tradition. His teachings are based exclusively on Bรถn's sacred texts, which he and his organization actively translate to make them available to a wider audience around the world.

Chaphur Rinpoche was born in Ngaba, in the Amdo region of eastern Tibet. He comes from the Chaphur family - one of the oldest and most important lineages in Tibet and one of the six main lines in the Amdo region, whose subsequent incarnations are associated with the Nangzhig Monastery. At the age of 16, in extremely difficult and dangerous conditions, Chaphur Rinpoche left Tibet. For many days he traveled on foot through Tibet, Nepal and India to begin his studies at the Bรถn Dialectical School at the Menri Monastery. It is a major monastery of the Bรถn tradition in exile, located in Dolanji, India. In 2006, the Tibetan Library in Dharamshala honored Chaphur Rinpoche with the title of Monk and Scholar of Science in recognition of his extensive comparative research on Western and Tibetan cosmology.

In 2008, after fifteen years of study, he successfully passed his final exams and received the title of Geshe at the Menri Monastery - the highest academic degree in the Bรถn tradition, often compared in the West to a doctorate (PhD). Chaphur Rinpoche's special specialty and talent is the art of calligraphy. He achieved a master level in it, studying under the guidance of His Eminence Bรถn-Gya Rinpoche from the Bรถn-Gya Monastery in the Amdo region.
