Women's Circle Facilitation Course (Nowe Kawkowo)

A week-long course for women who want to lead women's circles – creating a safe space for sharing, being heard and strengthening femininity – or to broaden their skills if they already do. It combines a personal-development module with a module on holding circle space, drawing inspiration from women's circle traditions around the world.

The circle is presented as a space without hierarchy: women sit at an equal distance from each other and the centre, often around an altar with power objects; authenticity is key, with no judging, advice-giving or gossip, while the facilitator holds the space.

Who it is for

For any woman who wants to lead women's circles – no experience of leading circles or groups is needed, only the experience of having been in a circle as a participant. Also for women who already run women's workshops or circles and want to expand their toolkit.

On registering, each participant signs a declaration about her mental health and the absence of contraindications, as the course includes emotional work.

Programme

Personal-development module:

• the many dimensions of femininity and the inner Goddess; what it means to trust yourself and follow your heart

• masculinity within – the inner man and acting from masculine energy

• your own intention for leading circles

• seeking your own Truth and the message of your heart

• telling the voice of the heart from the voice of the mind; heart coherence as a practice

• integrating the shadow and accepting weaknesses

• strengthening intuition; the inner Healer and Witch (the One who knows)

• what Awakened Femininity is and the feminine dimensions of awakening

• why connection with the Higher Essence matters today

Holding-the-circle module:

• what women's circles are and how they differ from workshops, trainings, support and therapy groups

• who can lead circles

• the circle's intention and its benefits for participants

• opening and closing ceremonies; the cyclical nature of circles

• circle agreements and communication: non-judgement, “I” statements, no advice

• preparing the space; altar, power objects, intuition cards, crystals

• inspiration from shamanic, tantric, yogic, symbolic and Advaita traditions

• creating rites of passage, initiations and exercises; working in the heart field

• the facilitator's role and finding your own style

• circle formats: in person, residential, online; short (2–3 h), one- and two-day, evenings and weekends

Facilitators

Katarzyna Gwiazdowska – psychologist and therapist, running trainings and consultations since 2006. She completed postgraduate psychodietetics at SWPS and the INTRA schools of Psychological Training and Interpersonal Training. Author of the book “Tajemnice zdrowia”, teacher of Soul Body Fusion practice; HeartMath® Certified Practitioner (Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Emotional Regulation) and HeartMath® Certified Trainer (Coherence Advantage™). She combines science with spirituality.

Practical information

• Dates: 19–25 July 2027; starts Monday 19 July with dinner at 18:00, ends Sunday 25 July at 14:00 (with breakfast, as stated on the page).

• Venue: “Tu i Teraz” Centre for Personal and Spiritual Development, Nowe Kawkowo.

• Not included: accommodation and meals (3 vegetarian meals a day); the centre sells full stay-meals-workshop packages only.

• Sign-up: register by e-mail with the Tu i Teraz centre (address on the centre's website), giving your full name, phone number, and the event's date and title; registering also subscribes you to the centre's newsletter (you can unsubscribe). Pay the deposit only after e-mail confirmation that you are on the list, within 7 days of registering – without it the booking is cancelled. Paying the deposit means accepting the centre's rules (sent by e-mail). The balance is paid in cash only, on arrival before the workshop. • Cancellation: the deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the course (minus 20 zł) and cannot be moved to another workshop; no refund if you leave during the course. The facilitator may make small changes to the programme.
