The Magic of Shamanism. The Healing Power of the Shamanic Journey. Shamanic Recovery of Power (Warsaw)

A foundation course introducing shamanic therapy with Arvick Baghramian – a contemporary shaman and therapist, author of “The Magic of Shamanism”. Participants learn the basic principles and techniques of shamanic practice, above all the shamanic journey: shifting consciousness (to the sound of a drum or rattle) and entering the reality of the spirit worlds to find one's own power, wisdom and creativity.

Journeys are shared and discussed in a circle, with a focus on understanding them and integrating them into one's life. Although the course introduces the basics of shamanic healing, it focuses on personal development rather than working with others. In contemporary shamanic therapy, participants make most journeys themselves, in direct contact with their own guides.

Who it is for

• for anyone interested in shamanism and nature and anyone wanting to reclaim their power

• for therapists, psychotherapists and coaches who would like to use shamanic techniques in their work, including with clients

This foundation course is required for Arvick Baghramian's further levels and workshops in Poland: Shamanic Therapy (basic and advanced), Shamanic Extraction Healing Training, Soul Retrieval, Relationships and Shamanism, Shamanic Healing and Nature Spirits, Shamanic Divination Training, Personal Totem Pole.
