Raja Yoga Shigatse – The Royal Path of Wisdom

A two-day workshop in classical Raja Yoga in the Himalayan tradition, led by Sangha Tirtha Himalaya.

The programme covers the core methods of Raja Yoga – the royal path of spiritual development described in the classical yogic texts: working with the mind, concentration, meditation, and the ethical foundations of practice. It is open both to newcomers and to those continuing through further cycles.
