A 4-day retreat for couples about closeness, polarity and conscious intimacy. Every edition has a new programme.
This is not a “fix your relationship” workshop or a sex-technique course, but an experience for couples who want to slow down, set aside everyday roles and meet again as partners and lovers. The work combines psychology, bodywork, conscious touch, tantric practices, communication and polarity.
The programme includes, among others: tantric practices and meditations for couples, breathwork, conscious sensual touch, exercises building tension and polarity, eye contact and presence practices, heart-centred communication, work with feminine and masculine archetypes, embodying yin and yang energy, conscious leading and following, intuitive movement and dance, trust practices, private rituals done only with your partner, plus time for rest and conversation.
Polarity is approached as a dynamic of energies (leading–following, strength–softness, expression–receptivity), not as acting out gender roles.
Who it is for: all couples – regardless of sexual orientation, relationship length or prior tantra experience.
Facilitators: Hania Darmas and Jakub Kuziela – a couple in life. Hania is a certified Gestalt psychotherapist and tantra teacher, co-founder of Milabo. Jakub, an engineer and analyst, co-leads tantra workshops for couples.
Daily outline: 8:00 morning practice, 9:15 breakfast, 10:45–13:30 workshop, 14:00 lunch and siesta, 16:30–18:30 workshop, 19:00 dinner, 20:30 evening session / tantra temple.
Start: Thursday 22 Oct 2026, 19:00 (dinner). End: Sunday 25 Oct 2026, 15:00 (lunch).
Venue: Oczyszczalnia Miejsce. Double rooms with private bathrooms, 3 vegetarian meals a day. Travel: shared car rides.
The workshop runs only if the minimum number of participants registers; the organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

Price
Cost = workshop fee + accommodation with meals (per person).
Workshop: Early Bird until 20 Aug 2026 – 1250 PLN; regular price from 21 Aug 2026 – 1400 PLN.
Double-room accommodation + 3 meals a day: 900 PLN.
Total at regular price: 2300 PLN per person (Early Bird total was 2150 PLN).
