Shadow & Power — A Shadow Somatic Intensive

A week-long shadow work intensive offering an embodied exploration of power dynamics through somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. Rooted in the Dark Eros journey, it moves through conscious dominance and surrender — from survival responses (fight, flight, freeze) to grounded presence.
The programme combines theory and practice drawn from Tantra, Dark Eros, shamanism, bioenergetics, Somatic Experiencing, Sexological Bodywork and conscious kink. A day includes morning meditation, a morning circle, two practice sessions (breath, movement, voice, touch, emotional release, small-group and paired processes) and evening rituals / Temple Nights. Over 70 hours of practice.
You will learn to recognise and work with fight, flight and freeze responses in the body, stay present with intense emotion without shutting down or reacting, reframe your relationship with dominance and surrender, and integrate nervous system regulation into daily life.
Who it is for: people with prior experience in conscious sexuality work (Dark Eros, ISTA or other advanced tantric workshops), both those building professional skills and those pursuing personal development; couples are welcome. The organisers reserve the right to screen participants.
Facilitators: Freya (creatrix of the TantraSOMA™ method, the first licensed Dark Eros facilitator trained and authorised by John Hawken), Piotr and Danni Lovefox, supported by a team of assistants, coaches and emotional support facilitators.
The workshop is held in English with professional translation. It runs once a year; places are limited.

Latecomers — 4700 PLN (until 30 November)
Included: 6 days of the workshop (over 70 hours of practice), full participation in all sessions, rituals and temples, coaching and process support from 3 international facilitators.
Accommodation and meals are not included in the workshop fee: 1860–2370 PLN for the whole stay (6 nights), depending on the room chosen. Meals: 3 vegan meals a day, drinks and snacks. Deferred payment and 0% instalment options are available; personal and company invoices are issued.
