A weekend workshop on how our life story, patterns stored in the psyche and the experiences of the family system shape our reactions, emotions and choices – and why similar difficulties in relationships, work, money or family keep returning despite attempts to change. Participants look at their own life line and family history, searching for recurring patterns, beliefs and experiences passed down the generations.
The workshop draws on psychology, neuroscience, psychotherapy and epigenetics: how survival strategies and beliefs form early, and how experiences such as stress or trauma may affect later generations. It is practical and run flexibly – adjusted as it goes to the group's questions and needs.
Who it is for
For people who want to understand themselves, their reactions, emotions and the mechanisms behind their everyday choices. No previous experience of meditation, subconscious work or personal development is needed – it is open both to beginners and to those who have explored these themes for years.

practical developmental and therapeutic tools that support change, for continued work on your own
guided meditations, introspective exercises and processes that deepen contact with yourself
