During this 5-day intensive workshop, we will invite you to discover and embody your full sexuality through learning the ancient Sacred Art of Tantra.

Tantra gives us tools and techniques through which we learn to follow the natural movement of bioenergy in our bodies. Tantra gives you a very precise and scientific map of the dance of sexual energy and shows you how to use its dynamics to develop your full potential, both as individuals and in couples.

The classes will be led by an amazing and charismatic tantra teacher from India - Swami Anahata. Swami Anahata combines the wisdom of ancient Eastern mysticism with Western scientific discoveries. It teaches you how to direct your own physical, sexual, emotional and spiritual energy. He is an international tantra teacher, founder of the Anahata Tantra School. He is considered a pioneer in the field of tantric and meditation practices. During the workshops, he combines classic tantra, Osho meditations, healing and body work methods, transsomatic hypnotics, and spiritual practices (Vipassana, Zen, Sufi, Tao and Yoga).

During the workshop we will use tantric rituals, initiations and meditations from ancient India and Tibet, breathing, sound, body movement, massage, individual and group meditation, emotional expression, chakra healing, and awakening Kundalini energy.
