System Settings Workshop According to Bert Hellinger Relationships, Love, Success, Money
23โโโ27 September 2026
Wynajem Sali w Warszawie - Tu i Teraz, Warszawa, Warszawa
We invite you to the System Settings workshop according to Bert Hellinger, during which we will work on discovering the sources of difficulties appearing in the area of โโrelationships, love and the lack of fulfillment and success in professional life.
The systemic approach assumes that what is difficult in our lives often has its roots in family history. It is in the family that the natural flow of love and order may be disrupted, which affects subsequent generations. Invisible loyalties to parents, grandparents or the fate of earlier ancestors make us unconsciously repeat patterns that are not ours, which makes us lose contact with our own potential and life "in our own shoes."
During the workshop, your individual setting will allow you to look at your closest relationships from a new perspective and better understand the dynamics and events recorded in your family system. The goal of the process is to return to your own place in the system - a place from which a more conscious, peaceful and full life becomes possible.
โOnly when we see reality as it is can change become possible.โ
We work in the morphogenetic field of System Settings, combined with the Total Biology approach. Each participant remains in their individual process while being part of a supportive group space.
What are System Settings and why should you experience your own setting?
Systemic Settings is a profound method of therapeutic work created by Bert Hellinger, a German researcher of family dynamics. This method allows you to look at your life, relationships and recurring difficulties from a completely new perspective - from the level of the family system of which we are a part.
Bert Hellinger worked for many years as a missionary among the Zulu tribe in Africa. It was there that he noticed how important order, belonging and balance in the family and community are for humans. These experiences became the foundation of the System Settings method he created.
He noted that in many families there are unconscious conflicts, exclusions, traumas and invisible loyalties that can affect subsequent generations. This often manifests itself in difficulties in relationships, financial problems, a feeling of being stuck, lack of fulfillment, and even illness or internal suffering.
Your own setting allows you to get to the source of these mechanisms and see the hidden dynamics operating in the family. Thanks to this, it becomes possible to free yourself from destructive patterns, break unconscious loyalties and regain inner strength, peace and harmony.
The workshop is for you if:
Participating in a workshop can help you:
During the process, you may experience the discovery of unconscious family loyalties and entanglements, the release of emotions, and a look at your life from a new perspective. It is deep work in a safe space that opens you to a new quality of relationships and life. This experience can become the beginning of a deep change, greater awareness and inner healing.
No previous experience with System Settings is required - just openness and a willingness to look at yourself from a new perspective.
We will start the workshop with an evening concert of gongs and singing bowls, which will be a symbolic opening of the common space and a gentle introduction to the System Settings process.
The sound and vibrations of the instruments will help calm the mind, harmonize the body and emotions, and open up to a deeper feeling of yourself and your own process. The intention of the concert will be to create a space of mindfulness, inner peace and readiness for whatever wants to be seen, healed and released during the workshop.
