Journey with Yoga and Ayurveda – Southern India (Kerala)

22 November – 4 December 2026

Centrum ajurwedy k. Kochi oraz Munnar, Alleppey, Kochi, Kochi

A journey to southern India that combines yoga practice, Ayurvedic therapy and discovering Kerala. The organiser invites people who want to look after their health, slow down and experience more than an ordinary holiday.

The first week is a stay at an Ayurveda centre with daily massages and treatments chosen by a doctor, yoga, meditation and a healthy diet. In the second week the group travels: the tea plantations of Munnar, a boat cruise on the Alleppey canals, and the history and culture of Kochi. The trip runs at a calm pace in a small group.
