I've missed you and I'm with you again

I'm coming with the topic: Sacrifice and Helping ...

Sacrifice — how it sounds... how sacred, luminous it is when we sacrifice ourselves... after which we fall into the trap of a program called the Drama Triangle and a spiral called Suffering and the carousel keeps spinning...

There is the Rescuer who runs blindly to help and later becomes the Victim, sacrificed on the pyre without verifying whether they have the time or resources, expecting gratitude and sacred treatment... and later, in that despair because there is no recognition of that deed, or there is no time left for their own matters, they fall into the Persecutor, who will harshly judge the situation, the person, or themselves... and we spin in Suffering...

And helping..?

Well, I'll help because I can... meaning I check whether I have energetic, financial, time or other resources... whether I have the competence to help.

If there's a sense of loss, a feeling of being used, exhaustion, discouragement or other discomfort, then we already know that we have sacrificed ourselves...

If we help consciously, we feel joy from the results without disappointment, without expectations and without great thanks...
