Cacao Ritual Trance Dance – New Moon Ritual

An evening ceremony in Warsaw at the New Moon in Libra, combining Ritual Trance Dance – blindfolded dance – with a cacao ceremony and a sound bath of bowls and gongs. The New Moon in Libra symbolically touches on relationships, balance, boundaries and giving and receiving; it is a moment for setting intentions for the next cycle. Ritual Trance Dance itself consists of Breath of Fire breathing, blindfolded dance and integrating rest, aiming at meeting oneself and entering a trance state.

Who it is for

For people who want to combine movement, breath, music and intention in a ceremonial atmosphere. The organisers list groups who should be careful with cacao, including pregnant and breastfeeding people, those with high blood pressure or arrhythmia, stomach problems, a tendency to anxiety or insomnia, migraines, or taking certain medications.
