Chakra Therapy - Chakra Therapy Courses

On-site and correspondence chakra therapy course, available throughout Poland and abroad. The course concludes with a diploma and a certificate in Polish-English or another language requested by the participant.

Chakra therapy is described as a method focused on cleansing, energizing, balancing and harmonizing energy centres (chakras) to support proper energy flow in the body.

Course programme:

- learning about chakras

- assessing the condition of chakras using different methods

- various techniques for working with chakras in contact with a client

- various techniques for cleansing, strengthening and regulating chakras remotely

- methods for increasing hand sensitivity to chakra energy fields

- work with the root chakra

- work with the sacral chakra

- work with the solar plexus chakra

- work with the heart chakra

- work with the throat chakra

- work with the third-eye chakra

- work with the crown chakra
