A five-day residential bodywork workshop in the tradition of Alexander Lowen's bioenergetic analysis, focused on how we function in relationships with other people.
Relationships can be a source of happiness and fulfilment, but also of frustration, fear, sadness and anger. They touch our difficulties with ourselves while holding our deepest longings – to be seen, loved, recognised, valued and needed. Through work with the body, breath and movement in a safe group setting, participants explore their own relational patterns.
The workshop is led by Maciej Gierasimiuk and Marta Kondraciuk, a psychologist and certified Gestalt psychotherapist, assisted by Marcin Dobraniecki.
The programme opens on Wednesday 16 September with dinner at 18:00 and the first session at 19:00, and closes with lunch at 13:30 on Sunday 20 September. It takes place at the "Tu i Teraz" Centre for Personal and Spiritual Development in Nowe Kawkowo in Warmia, about 25 km from Olsztyn, set on a ten-hectare clearing among forests and lakes.
The workshop fee does not cover accommodation or meals – rooms are booked directly with the centre ([email protected]) on a first-come, first-served basis.
Price
Workshop: 2,140 PLN if paid by 5 July, 2,240 PLN if paid by 16 August, 2,490 PLN thereafter. The fee covers the workshop only. Accommodation and meals are paid separately at the centre: meals 150 PLN per day (3 vegetarian/vegan meals), lodging from 45 PLN to 160 PLN per night depending on standard.
