Eat, Play and Create. A Women's Weekend of Creativity, Nature, Taste and Fun

A women's weekend devoted to creativity, freedom and coming back to yourself through art, movement, nature, sound and community. It is meant to be light, sensual and spacious – a time to get your hands covered in paint, sing, dance and create without pressure to do anything “right”. The programme is based on direct sensory experience: taste, movement, touch and sound.

Who it is for

For women who want a break from proving anything and to return to ease, play and the joy of creating.

Programme

• cyanotype – prints from nature

• painting and making your own pictures

• dance and singing

• herbalism techniques and making natural cosmetics

• shared meals, conversations and rest

Facilitators

Aleksandra Bańkowska – certified sound therapist, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, creator of the Touch of Sound project, working with crystal harp and Tibetan bowls among others. Co-led by Małgorzata Łabędź.

Practical information

Dates: 6–8 November 2026 – starts Friday at 18:00 with dinner, ends Sunday at 14:00 with lunch. Venue: Tu i Teraz centre in Nowe Kawkowo. Registration by e-mail to the Tu i Teraz centre (name, phone, date and title of the event); after confirmation a deposit is paid within 7 days. The remaining accommodation fee is paid in cash on arrival.
