Relaxation concert with singing bowls and gongs — Podzamcze, Tarnów

An evening relaxation concert on therapeutic instruments — singing bowls and gongs — led by Agnieszka Bednarska and Jarosław Koniarski.

The concert is part of the programme of the five-day consciousness development workshop "Poznając Siebie Żyjemy Prawdziwie", but it is also open to people from outside: friends, family and anyone interested. Workshop participants are covered by their package; everyone else attends for a voluntary donation.

Bring a mat, a blanket and a pillow to lie down comfortably for the duration.

Venue: Podzamcze on St Martin's Hill, next to the ruins of the Tarnowski castle, about 2.7 km from the centre of Tarnów.
