Osho Meditations – A journey to the land of chakras
9 August 2026
Wynajem Sali w Warszawie - Tu i Teraz, Warszawa, Warszawa
This 7-day workshop will be a unique opportunity to go through the process of Spiritual and Energy Transformation by harmonizing and cleansing the chakras, i.e. the seven energy centers of our body...
Chakras (chakras) are energy centers, rotating concentrations of subtle energy located along the vertical axis of the body/spine - from its base to the crown of the head. These are places where many energy channels called nadi intersect and where energy/prana accumulates. These centers receive, store and radiate energy with an individual vibration for each chakra. Each chakra is responsible for different areas of life, health and development. Developing your chakras leads to inner growth, transformation on many levels and spiritual awakening.
During the workshop, in a warm and safe atmosphere, we will work with our chakras on three levels: physical, emotional and spiritual.
We will go on a meditative Journey, recognize the blockages of our chakras and learn how to release their energetic power. We will learn to recognize our weaknesses... and soar above them.
Each day of the workshop, with each subsequent chakra, you will learn why this area of your life is forgotten or flourishing. Each day of the workshop, with each subsequent chakra, you will learn how to calm your Mind and open your Heart.
Every day we work in a different color room design and wear different clothes that strengthen the work with a given chakra.
During the workshop, we will examine blockages, cleanse individual chakras and develop their strength at the following levels:
1. physical
At the physical/energetic level, we will stimulate and strengthen the body's energy and use our own life energy in relationship with the outside world.
2. emotional
At the emotional level, we will learn techniques for calming emotions, expressing our feelings, dealing with fear, shyness, emotional problems/blockages and recognizing emotions in the body.
3. spiritual
On the spiritual level, we will calm the mind, practice meditation, deepen mindfulness, creativity and intuition.
In addition to many classic Osho meditations, we will use color therapy techniques, music therapy (mantras and massage with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls), Sun Yoga and Taoist breathing.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to meditate in Osho's original robe, which he wore in the 1980s!
The workshop will last 7 days, each of which will be devoted to working with a specific chakra (the first day is work on the esoteric Chakra of the Cosmic Base). The next days involve working on the traditional division into 7 chakras. The last day is a space to complete the process and summarize the work on the chakras. The program of the previous workshops "Journey to the Land of Chakras" will be enriched with the latest meditation techniques, imported this year from India and practiced in the local Osho ashrams in Delhi and Pune.
Classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (with breaks for meals and a three-hour break in the middle of the day for relaxation - we pay special attention to ensuring that you have plenty of time for holiday relaxation and rest during the workshop). We pay attention to your age (we have people from both 18 and 65) and physical condition: if during the workshop you decide that you want to do more meditation, you can intensify your effort and additionally join morning or evening groups. If you decide that you want to choose a more relaxing form of workshop, you can give up any activities during the day and devote them to your own relaxation. During the workshop, you are guided by your feelings and decide on your own form of the workshop. The most important thing is YOU, not a rigid, previously established program.
To participate in the workshop, you do not need prior meditation experience or experience in working with chakras. We invite you to the zone of safe, warm development. To the zone of calming your mind and opening your heart.
What to do in between Osho meditations? Three delicious vegetarian meals a day. Optional: trips to the lakes, swimming, horse riding, a visit to the famous lavender field (ecological cosmetics, oils, fragrances, a paradise for the senses), swinging on hammocks, conversations with interesting people, a visit to the famous Węgajty theater, the warmth of the surroundings and a truly unique opportunity to experience this time not as usual, but extraordinary!
After the workshop, participants will receive:
* course completion diplomas* Osho meditation recordings
* meditation instructional texts and Osho's book: "Nirvana"
DYNAMIC MEDITATIONS
Osho claimed that it is very difficult for modern man to simply sit and meditate. So, he must do more than repeat techniques invented 2,000 years ago. years ago, when people were much more simple and sitting was something natural. As Osho said:
"In the time of the Buddha, dynamic methods of meditation were not needed. People then were more simple, authentic. They lived truer lives. Now they live a repressed life, an untrue life. They laugh when they don't feel like it, they show compassion when they are - in fact - angry. People are false. Their whole life is a lie, it's a falsehood. People don't live at all - they act. What they experience, they store in their minds, they load it into their brains. So for them: to sit and sit - it will not work. The moment you sit in silence, you will see thousands of things swirling around in your mind, it will be impossible to get quiet. So first, let go of these things, so that you can naturally come to the haven of peace.
Osho proposed that through dynamic meditations we should first eliminate the tensions that accompany us and only then create space for silence. He proposed techniques that use the dynamics of movement and catharsis as a method to release tension - dynamic meditation, kundalini meditation and many, many others. As Osho claimed:
"...meditation as such does not need any technique! But techniques are needed to remove obstacles on the path of meditation. So you must understand this carefully: meditation itself does not need any techniques - it is mindfulness, alertness, understanding. But on the path to mindfulness you encounter many obstacles that need to be overcome, and for this you need techniques.
So the task of techniques is to prepare the ground for meditation. Techniques are not meditation. Throughout his life, Jiddu Krishnamurti emphasized that there is no technique for meditation. But this did not put people in a meditative state - they just became convinced that there was no technique needed to meditate. But they completely forgot how to overcome obstacles and fight difficulties. All that remained was the intellectual belief that the techniques were unnecessary.
What Krishnamurti is talking about is true, but he is only describing the positive side of experience. And then there is the negative side - and this is where all kinds of techniques are needed, because if you do not prepare the ground, if you do not pull the weeds, the roses will not bloom. Roses have nothing to do with weeds, but the removal of the latter is necessary for the roses to bloom.
When it comes to meditation, no technique is needed, but your mind will create thousands of problems. Techniques are needed to quiet, calm the mind - to make the mind even absent. Then meditation will happen by itself, it's not a matter of technique, you don't have to do anything. Meditation is something natural, hidden inside you, waiting for an opportunity to come out - into the light, towards heaven. But the mind surrounds the meditation on all sides: all the doors and windows are closed. Techniques are needed to open these doors and windows... and then, suddenly, all the skies appear, all the stars, sunrises and sunsets... But techniques are needed to open the doors and windows, to remove the endosperm from your eyes. And meditation itself is something natural, your potential. Meditation is mindfulness. Meditation is mindful awareness that arises effortlessly. But your mind is filled with thoughts, it wanders from the past to the future, it is never here-and-now. And meditation must be here-and-now. The techniques are used to cut you off from memories of the past, from dreams about the future, and place you in THIS moment, as if only THIS moment existed.
Life is a complicated thing. It consists of good and bad news. The good news is that meditation is not a technique. The bad news is that you won't be able to meditate without technique.
OSHO (RAJNEESH)One of the most famous and provocative mystics of the 20th century. He was born in India in 1931, graduated in philosophy from the University of Jabalpur and lectured there. From 1966 he traveled around India teaching meditation to thousands of people. He did not promote any faith-based system, he only taught meditation techniques. He was neither an idealistic philosopher nor a religious prophet. However, he was an excellent speaker, an erudite combining the Eastern mystical tradition with Western psychotherapy. Using simple language, he introduced listeners to the world of yoga, tantrism, Zen, Taoism and Sufism, extracting from them the essence of true religiosity. He often used irony, wit, and provocation - as, for example, the inscription in front of the entrance to the room where Osho's lectures took place reads: "Leave your shoes and minds here." In the 1970s, he founded a community in Pune, India, a center that quickly became famous as a world center for development and therapy combining Eastern meditation techniques with modern psychotherapy (yoga, tai-chi, psychodrama, zen, bioenergetics - a total of 40 thematic groups). He also taught there his own, original, dynamic meditation methods. He died in 1990. Dozens of books were published, recording Osho's lectures and his comments on texts from various religious traditions.

Opinions of participants of Norbert Kulesza's workshop at the Tu i Teraz Center:
"In such a fantastic atmosphere as was the workshop, there is no way to be inattentive. The workshop was conducted brilliantly, although the previous one-week workshop I attended was also fantastic, but the atmosphere of joy I felt this time is indescribable :) .After the workshop, I feel anchored in the current moment a bit more than before (before the workshop) - thanks to this atmosphere of joy and such youthful freedom. And for that I am very grateful. Dear Norbert - keep it up: this is probably exactly what Osho was talking about: a meditative atmosphere of joy and freedom.
Tomek
"When going to Kawkowo, I intuitively felt that something amazing would happen to me, and I was right. The atmosphere of the center and its formula are great, which even forces contact with other people. The workshop was fantastic, and we were fantastic, and the time between classes was fantastic, and Norbert as the leader was fantastic. Watching each of us transform every day is simply beautiful. For me, it's shocking when people try not to judge, but to accept, to see mainly the good, how much good energy flows from it.
Janusz
"It is truly amazing how the workshop turned out and what mutual closeness and cordiality we achieved"
Monika
"After the workshop, my thoughts are there and with you all the time - I walk around as if enchanted."
Dorothy
"We came to Poland for one of the Osho Foundation workshops. We were first amazed that we did not start with classic Kundalini meditation, but with relaxation exercises, after which we smoothly moved from relaxation to dynamic meditation, then returned to learning "body language", only then followed Kundalini and Vipassana.
During the workshop, 25 participants also learn other meditation techniques, e.g. dancing, chanting sound, breathing. We especially like the atmosphere that promotes intense mindfulness and concentration. The workshop leader - Norbert - creates an atmosphere of warmth and mindfulness in a natural, unforced way, also during breaks between classic Osho meditation techniques.
Physical exercises between meditations made it clear that the "here and now" is exactly where my body is and nowhere else. During meditation, attention is anchored both in the body and in careful observation of what is happening at a given moment in the space of the meditation room. Between classic Osho meditations, we lie on our backs and scan our body from head to toe, move around the room with a mindful Zen walk, and perform simple Tai-Chi exercises. The meditations are very soft and relaxing.
It's not about striving for a goal, you just need to be attentive to what is happening in your head, heart and body at a given moment.
An atmosphere conducive to meditation prevails throughout the room where classes take place. Watching Norbert work, you get the impression that he knows what he is doing very well. "He seems to have been meditating for... a hundred years."

Anyone who wants to follow the open path of meditation will encounter Osho sooner or later. There is a simple power in him and his method: he can reach the heart and mind of Western man. I attended several meditation workshops led by Norbert, and I also read a few books by Osho. Previously, I spent some time at the Tibetan monastery in Sonada in the Eastern Himalayas with Kalu Rimpoche. I also know a little about the practice of Polish Buddhist schools. And I intend to attend Osho's workshops every year:
Why Osho?
The Osho method also takes into account the needs of the physical body. Our bodies are often blocked by stress, lack of proper movement, internal anxiety or resulting health problems. The advantage of the Osho method is a smooth and natural transition to deeper states of consciousness, where meditation is born spontaneously and no longer encounters passive resistance of consciousness, and the neutralized body and mind follow the path of exploration freely and unrestrained.
Why Norbert?
Norbert has the ability, or perhaps the gift, to transmit Osho's teachings directly and clearly. I have often observed the powerful impact his workshops have on participants. A cleansing, energizing experience worth recommending to anyone interested in spiritual development or changing the quality of their life!
Michał NanowskiOsho's workshops completely changed my life. It's an amazing experience, I was looking for such a path. I am very sensitive and I sense different energies. I felt the care and presence of the teacher during these workshops very strongly, and I must admit, there were cinematic moments, I felt something special and magical during these classes. I want to work on it and focus solely on the present so that it doesn't slip away.
It's extremely difficult to return to everyday life, the rush, but thanks to these workshops I stopped, calmed down and was able to look into myself...
Magda
Osho workshops conducted by Norbert are a unique phenomenon for me, both physically and mentally. I don't know how much of this is due to the techniques themselves and how much to the instructor. However, I know how they influence me and what they give me. After each workshop, I feel a distinct sense of relaxation in every part of my body, with a feeling of "physical detoxification in the muscles". In my case, the relaxation of the face and the cranial part of the head is particularly noticeable, which also has a very positive effect on the psyche and thinking. The result is a slowing down of the passage of time and a calming down of the thinking process.
Participating in workshops is also accompanied by more unique phenomena. The most important thing for me was letting go of some mental blocks. I felt them dissolve during meditation. After this workshop, the situation that "had been bothering me mentally and in my life" for about 20 years was also resolved.
Andrzej Ciechulski
The workshops are cool, the instructors are OK, the techniques are strong, the general atmosphere is relaxed. What such workshops give me can be appreciated after returning to the so-called "normal life".
Irek Piwowarski
For me, Osho's workshops are like a journey to another world - a land of peace, tranquility, mindfulness, looking inside yourself. During these days, I shed the entire month's stress, these classes are like an invigorating evening shower after a long day of exhausting, tense work. I have become "addicted" to these workshops, they relieve me of all my problems, charge me energetically, giving me strength, joy and at the same time peace and quiet.
