RETURN TO SELF - Ayurvedic Retreat in Spain

Do you feel like you need to pause for a moment? To step away from the everyday rush, obligations and constant doing? I invite you to a unique, intimate retreat on the Mediterranean Sea, where we will combine rest, nature, work with the elements, conscious breathing, regeneration and a return to what matters most - to yourself. This is a space where you can slow down, let go, breathe, feel, be. For five days we will regenerate the body, quiet the mind, open the heart and remind ourselves how good it is to live more slowly. THE EVENT PROGRAM includes, among others: daily sun salutations, the Lo Pagán mud ceremony (Element of Earth), a transformation bonfire (Element of Fire), a freedom ceremony (Element of Water), a visit to the Black Beach, breathwork and meditations (Elements of Air and Ether), and savoring Spanish flavors. Co-facilitator is Asia Augustyniak ('Drzewo Jogi'), who will lead Yoga, Yoga Nidra and breathwork practices. Accommodation: Apartment Sofia in Mar de Cristal. The event is intended for relaxation and personal development.
