TAOBODY EARTH – Earth Element

A three-day retreat and tantric massage workshop for couples and singles held at Bliss Garden Retreat HOUSE in the Masuria region.

TAOBODY EARTH focuses on the Earth Element: embodiment, grounding, safety, presence and connection with the body. The workshop is intended for people seeking deeper grounding, renewed contact with their strength, agency and inner stability, and a more authentic relationship with themselves.

During the retreat, participants work with the body, breath, fascia and movement. Practices include conscious movement, intuitive dance, Qi Gong, somatic and regulation practices, breathing techniques, grounding meditations, work with the feet and legs, conscious touch and tantric massage techniques connected with the Earth element and the other elements.

The programme also includes contact with nature, developing awareness of bodily sensations and elements of facilitating processes occurring in the body.

All practices are voluntary. The organizers emphasize respect for each participant's individual pace, boundaries, consent and refusal.

The workshop is also intended for therapists, bodyworkers, massage practitioners, facilitators and development-process guides who want to expand their skills in working with the body, emotions and the energy of the Earth Element.

The organizer states that this is a tantric workshop held in a carefully supported therapeutic environment and that full or partial nudity and deep encounters with participants' own or others' emotions may occur.
