The Tibetan Art of Love, Passion and Intimacy. The 64 Love Arts of the Tibetan Kama Sutra. For Singles and Couples. Advanced Workshop

An advanced tantra workshop continuing the first level of the Tibetan Art of Love course. Participants explore more of the 64 love arts of the Tibetan Kama Sutra and passages from the “Treatise on Passion” by the Buddhist monk Gendün Chöphel. The aim is to experience a process linking intimacy and pleasure with the spiritual path; the level of intimacy is higher than at the first level. The facilitator and assistants hold a safe, confidential space – there is no sexual contact, participants remain clothed (sarongs, pareos, swimwear or underwear) and may opt out of any practice at any time.

Who it is for

For people who have completed the basic level of the Tibetan Art of Love, Passion and Intimacy, and for those advanced in tantra. The workshop is open to singles and couples.

Programme

• Presence as a source of unity: energetic, emotional and intimate fields, boundaries versus limitations, intimate communication.

• Directing energy and its flow through the body's main channels; stimulation in two directions – from giver to receiver and back.

• Eight sacred ways of kissing and rituals of sacred intimacy.

• The energy bodies – chakras, nadis, marmas – and work with the first and second chakras.

• Tibetan pulsing, orgasmic states of mind and the Tibetan idea of “Blah” energy.

• Techniques: Agni Sara, pranic embodiment, breathing pranayamas.

Facilitators

Anand Rudra – grew up in Mexican shamanic and esoteric culture and has led more than 150 tantra and sacred sexuality workshops in Europe. He is the creator of the True Tantra methodology and director of the European Association of Tantra Professionals.

Practical information

Dates: 20–22 November 2026, starting on Friday at 19:00 and ending on Sunday at 17:00. Venue: the Tu i Teraz centre's Warsaw room on Balladyny Street (2nd floor). The workshop is taught in English with translation into Polish. Accommodation and meals are arranged by participants. Sign up by e-mail registration with the centre, then pay a deposit once confirmed.
