FACILITATORS

Paweł Zawendowski “Pablo” – laughter yogi, herbalist, musician and organiser of personal development workshops and shamanic practices. He has worked for many years with personal development, the energy of nature and drum music.

Maciej Fronczak – spiritual development enthusiast, traveller and Vinyasa Yoga teacher in Wrocław and Wałbrzych. For more than five years he has participated in Sweat Lodge ceremonies in different parts of the world. During the workshop he will support an atmosphere of harmony, comfort and space for deep experience.

Previous editions of the workshops took place at Stary Młyn in 2024 and 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Alcohol and other consciousness-altering substances are prohibited during the event. Participants are required to accept the event regulations. The reservation payment is non-refundable, although according to the event description it may be transferred to another event organised in the future.
