Klaudia Metera

Klaudia is passionate about working with a person as a whole — at the levels of soul, psyche and body. In her practice she is guided by the belief that all these areas remain in deep relation with one another and form a unity.

She continuously develops and deepens her work by broadening her perspective and expanding awareness. Nature, travel and animals are close to her, and contact with them is an important part of her personal path.

As she says: “The Universe knows”.

She believes that all the answers are within us, and access to them becomes possible when we release what no longer serves us or does not belong to us.

Limitations, blockages and what remains in the shadows require recognition, being seen and acknowledgement. Only then do they stop taking away our access to what lies ahead.

Klaudia shows that living with greater lightness is possible — when we allow ourselves to get to know ourselves, develop awareness and move closer to our own truth.
