Modra Rzeka is an ecodom operated by a collective of families. On a purchased plot stands a renovated 100-year-old house, around which permaculture gardens are being developed. The site includes a growing apiary with bee products such as honey and activities producing mead. There are workshop spaces used for painting and clay work. The place serves as a venue for community cultural and educational activities, including gatherings and communal singing.
