Your account and signing in

No account is needed to read, browse, search, save events in your browser or play in Entertainment. An account is for taking part: following profiles, booking sessions, creating a profile, and managing an organisation, place or shop.

There are no passwords. You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your e-mail address. The first sign-in creates your account.

2. 2Choose Google, or type your e-mail address, tick the box accepting the Terms of Service and account e-mails, and press Email me a sign-in link.
3. 3Open the e-mail from Unmeshia. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
4. 4The link opens a page with a Sign in button. Press it to finish. This extra step stops e-mail scanners from using your link before you do.

Tip: Nothing arrived? Check spam and wait a few minutes before asking for another link. For your security, only a few links can be sent per hour.

On a computer, the account menu runs down the left side. On a phone, the five most used destinations sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen, and the rest are in a row above the content.

• Feed: the newest events, articles and posts from what you follow, and your own.
• Notifications: bookings, new followers, invitations and publication of your drafts.
• My profile: your profile as others see it, with its Posts, Events and About tabs.
• Your content: writing posts, adding photos and articles.
• My spaces: the organisations, groups, places and shops you manage.
• Services and Calendar: what you offer and when people can book it.
• Newsletter: writing to people who subscribed to you.
• Saved: the events you bookmarked.
• Settings: your profile details, newsletter subscriptions and account.

If you manage an organisation, group, place or shop, Posting as at the top of the account menu decides who you are acting as. Posts, services and calendar sessions belong to whoever is selected there, and the other administrators of that space see them too.

Settings holds your whole profile form in five sections: Identity, Presence, Contact & links, Profile picture and Privacy & account. Open only the section you need. A bar at the bottom tells you when there are unsaved changes.

Your sign-in e-mail appears in exactly one place, Privacy & account. It is never shown on your public profile. People can see only the contact details you type into public fields.

Sign out is in Settings → Privacy & account. A session also ends by itself after seven days.

You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, restricted or deleted. Write to the address at the bottom of this page. The privacy policy explains what is stored, why and for how long.
