For store owners: setting up your shop

Create your shop's page, add a cover, logo, locations and contact details, and get it published.

What a shop on Unmeshia is

Your shop page is a showcase for the community: your story, your catalogue and where to find you. Visitors browse it here, then buy from you, on your own website or in your shop. Unmeshia has no cart, payments or orders. A short note on your page explains that the offer, price, availability and sale are yours.

1. Create the shop

  1. Sign in (Google or an e-mail link).
  2. Open My spaces. Under Entity type choose Shop, type the shop's Name and press Create draft.
  3. Press Open editor → next to the new shop.

The shop is a draft: only you and your administrators can see it. Fill it in calmly; the editors review it before it goes public.

2. Describe the shop

Everything below is on the Profile tab. Press Save changes when you are done.

  • Short introduction: one line under the shop's name.
  • About: your story, shown in the About section.
  • Offer: what you sell and for whom, shown in a panel beside it.
  • Countries of activity and City: where the shop appears in country lists and filters.
  • Public contact e-mail and Phone, if you want visitors to contact you.
  • Official and community links: your website, Instagram, Facebook and so on. The first website link becomes the Visit shop website ↗ button in your header.

Tip: The form edits the language the site is shown in. Switch the site to the other language (PL/EN) to add the translation.

3. Cover and logo

  • Header hero image: the wide cover across the top of the page. It is cropped to a banner, so use a landscape photo without text or key details near the edges. Upload a file, or paste an HTTPS address.
  • Shop logo (HTTPS URL): a square logo, shown as a 120px circle overlapping the cover. Without one, the shop's initials are shown.

4. Physical locations

If customers can visit you, add each branch under Physical shop locations with Add location. Give its name, address, city and country code (for example PL), and an exact address for the map. Coordinates are optional; they are found automatically.

Locations appear in the Visit section with a Directions link, as pins on the Shops map, and as cities in your header. You can add up to 12. An online-only shop simply leaves this empty.

5. Your team

Under Administrators, add co-workers by the e-mail they sign in to Unmeshia with, then press Add administrator. They need an account first. Administrators can edit the shop and its products; only you, the owner, manage who has access.

6. Publication

The editors review new shops and may write to your account e-mail with questions. You get a notification when the shop is published. From then on, your saved changes appear on the page right away. View public page shows it as visitors do.

Want photos in the Photos section? Shop galleries are managed by the editors, so send them your photos.

How your page is laid out

Top to bottom:

  • the header, with the cover, logo, name, cities, product count, contact buttons, Follow and your website button;
  • the note that Unmeshia does not sell;
  • a bar of section links that stays in view while scrolling;
  • your active promotions;
  • Picks, Products, About, Photos and Visit.

A section with nothing in it is hidden, together with its link.
