Organisations, groups and places

Create and run a page for your organisation, online group or venue, together with your team.

Creating a page

  1. Sign in and open My spaces.
  2. Under Entity type, choose Organization, Community group, Place or Shop. Type the Name and press Create draft.
  3. The draft is visible only to you and your administrators until the editors verify and publish it. They may write to your account e-mail if something needs clarifying.

Tip: Running a shop? See the two guides for store owners.

Editing

Open editor → next to the entry. The Profile tab holds the basics (name, short introduction, primary practice) and the content (About and Offer; places have General information and Pricing). It also has location and contact, including a place's maximum number of people, and official and community links. Add a header image by upload or HTTPS address.

Press Save changes. View public page shows the result. A published page updates straight away.

Photos and updates

The Create tab has Photos (upload, date and a short heading) and Updates (title, text and an optional cover image). Updates appear on the page once it is approved. You can delete what you added.

Your team

The owner can add administrators by the e-mail they use to sign in to Unmeshia (Add administrator). The person needs an account first. Administrators can edit everything except the team; only the owner manages access. If the owner can no longer log in, the editors can transfer ownership.

Acting as your space

Choose the space in Posting as to post and plan as it. Organisations and groups can offer services and a booking calendar. Places can list services, but bookings go through the organisation that runs them.
